Dra. Patricia Danaher

Dr. Patricia Danaher is a writer and journalist who has lived and worked in Europe, South East Asia and South America. She was awarded a Nieman Fellowship to Harvard University in 2004 for her work reporting on the peace process in Northern Ireland. Based in Los Angeles, California, she runs her non-profit, The Jizo Foundation, which works with those grieving baby loss through the practice of ritual. Patricia is also the founder of the Harvardwood Literary Prize for Biography and is employed by Eldridge Globes, where she votes each year for the Golden Globes and regularly attends international film festivals. Patricia is deeply aware of the power of story to impact and change the lives of people and their communities.
