Project focus: Expanding access to legal status, education, and protection for marginalized populations, while piloting legal and policy reforms rooted in atrocity prevention.

  • Training & Capacity Building
    • Workshops for journalists, law students, law enforcement personnel, immigration officers, health care professionals, educators, and political actors.
    • Field “living law labs” and legal research in Chiang Rai, Phang Nga, Trat, and Bangkok.
    • Direct legal support to 389 stateless individuals, with 73 citizenship applications filed.

  • Coordination & Dialogue
    • Engagement with government offices, universities, NGOs, and UNHCR.
    • Creation of a knowledge-sharing network on inclusive protection.

  • Policy & Advocacy
    • Refugee protection curriculum endorsed by universities and political parties.
    • Field data-informed legal briefs on civil registration reform.
    • Student-led legal clinics established for refugee communities.
